Terms
and Conditions
By
using the services and
visiting the Web site of
Domainland.com, you
agree to, understand and
acknowledge the
following User Policy:
- Domainland.com
cannot be held
liable for any
disputes that may
arise between
parties due to
domain names, web
related content
and/or other
disputes.
- By
applying to register
a domain name or
transfer your domain
name, you hereby
represent and
warrant to us that
(a) the statements
that you made in
your Registration
Agreement are
complete and
accurate; (b) to
your knowledge, the
registration of the
domain name will not
infringe upon or
otherwise violate
the rights of any
third party; (c) you
are not registering
the domain name for
an unlawful purpose;
and (d) you will not
knowingly use the
domain name in
violation of any
applicable laws or
regulations. It is
your responsibility
to determine whether
your domain name
registration
infringes or
violates someone
else's rights.
- You
agree that, if you
are registering a
domain name for
someone else, you
represent that you
have the legal
authority to
nonetheless bind
that person as a
principal to all
terms and conditions
provided herein,
including the
Dispute Policy.
You agree that if
you license the use
of the domain name
registered to you to
a third party, you
nonetheless remain
the domain name
holder of record,
and remain
responsible for all
obligations under
the Registration
Agreement, including
but not limited to
payment obligations,
and providing (and
updating, as
necessary) both your
own full contact
information, and
accurate technical,
authorized, billing
and zone contact
information adequate
to facilitate timely
resolution of any
problems that arise
in connection with
the domain name and
domain name
registration.
- All
funds and monetary
transactions are
non-refundable and
non-transferable.
All transactions
will be handled in
U.S. Dollars (USD).
- All
sales are final.
Payment for each
domain name must be
received in full
prior to submitting
a domain name
registration,
registrar transfer
and/or any transfer
request (which will
be verified along
with your IP
address).
- All
Domain Name
Registrants' must
adhere to the Domain
Name Registration
Agreement.
- Buyer/registrant
assumes
responsibility for
any trademark
disputes.
